Faster Crystallization
The natural sugars in honey ( glucose and fructose) will bind together and begin to form little crystals which can start making your honey harder. Flower honey has a higher glucose content which is why crystallization occurs quickly. we love crystallized honey but this can be reversed to its natural liquid state, just remove wrapper but keep the foil on and place your honey spoon in warm water (around 100 Fahrenheit) for about 5-10 minutes and enjoy that drizzle!
